Telephone Script - Front Desk A step-by-step script on how to handle the telephone at the front counter including setting appointments and overcoming objections. Sales Appointment Book Every club should have a book at the front counter to set sales appointments. This is just a sample, not the actual book. Telephone Inquiry Log The Telephone Inquiry Log tracks every call that comes into the club. It is kept behind the front counter. Walk-in Log The Walk-In Log tracks every walk-in that comes into the club. It is kept behind the front counter. Daily Numbers Tracking Sheet This form manually tracks the all the daily numbers including sales, membership revenue, tours, and monthly projections. Welcome Card The Welcome Card is presented to the prospect to fill out while the salesperson comes to meet them. Trial Membership Card This is a sample of the Trial Membership card outlined in the sales modules. It is to be used in conjunction with the trial membership. Solution Stations Samples Solution Stations are boards put up in the club for the salesperson to bring the prospect to during the tour. Solution Stations Scripts These are the scripts used for the most common Solution Stations in our system. Fitness Analysis Guide/Sales Questions Par-Q The Par-q is an info sheet that is used to guide the salesperson through the info-gathering stage of the Welcome Station. Overcoming Objections Scripts These are scripts on how to overcome objections to joining. Membership Options Sheet Otherwise known as a pricing sheet, it outlines the club's different membership options. Gift Certificate The Gift Certificate is a tool used in our sales process as an incentive to get the prospect to sign up today. Pictures of Loot Wall The loot wall is where the gifts or "loot" is displayed that is included in the Gift Certificate. Forfeit Gifts Letter The Forfeit Gifts Letter is a form used in the trial membership to softly persuade the prospect to sign up before the trial expires. |
Appointment Card The Appointment Card is given to the prospect for their first appointment during their trial membership. Sample Membership Contract This is a sample membership contract that can be used as a template. Be sure to have yours reviewed by your attorney. Referral Script This is a script to get referrals from your current members. Thank You Card This is a sample Thank You card to be sent once a prospect becomes a member. Book - 5 Secrets to Fat Loss This is a book that we give to the propects in the Gift Certificate as one of the gifts. It outlines the different diets available and why they don't work and outlines the steps that need to be taken to reach their goals. The Solution Stations scripts are based on this. It basically sells your Complete Membership for you. We can also provide these on cds to give to your members. Daily Action Plan This is a sample of a Daily Action Plan that would be implemented in a club for an employee. Tour Packet Checklist This is a checklist of what should be included in the tour packet in our system. |
